The production of plastic grease
On the basis of waste production of vegetable oils – soapstock - developed technology for producing Fatty cup grease F.
Fatty cup grease is an antifriction grease of general purpose and is a thick, non-flowing mass of dark brown, almost black color. Cup Grease - the cheapest and most mass lubricants, waterproof, with good protective (against corrosion) and extreme pressure properties. They are used in mechanisms operating at temperatures up to 60-70 ° C.
The composition of the Fatty cup grease includes a dispersion medium (petroleum oils) and a thickener - calcium salts of higher fatty acids.
Depending on the nature of higher fatty acids, two types of Fatty cup grease are distinguished - Fatty cup grease S (residues from the distillation of synthetic fatty acids (SFA) are used as raw materials) Fatty cup grease F (natural fatty acids (NLC) are used). Greases S and F have similar properties and are interchangeable.
Soapstocks are formed as a waste when refining vegetable oils and are saponified free fatty acids containing neutral fat and non-fatty substances. The general principle of the developed process is the sequential processing of soapstock with alkalis and inorganic calcium compounds. The result is a precipitate, which is filtered, squeezed and dried. A slightly colored saline water solution does not represent an environmental hazard and can be drained into the sewer system.
The resulting substance is a semi-product and is a plastic solid mass consisting mainly of calcium soaps. Fatty cup grease is obtained by dissolving this intermediate in industrial oil.
The semi-product can be transported to the place of Fatty cup greaseproduction. In this case, the production of grease in such a simplified version can be organized almost everywhere without significant investment.
Besides, In addition, we are ready to provide traditional technologies for producing Fatty cup grease F and other plastic greases (lithol, uniol, etc.) from raw materials available on the market - technical oleic acid, fat composition, distilled fatty acids.
Our services includes:
1. Development of production schedules for a given performance.
2. Development, writing and registration of technical specifications.
3. Drawing up a business plan.
4. Design of compact technological lines, commissioning, installation supervision.
5. Equipment supply.
The production of greases is an uncomplicated technological process, which makes it possible to obtain high profits with minimal production costs.
